We retired the Tableau Server entirely — the license and the machine it ran on — and replaced it with an automated pipeline that turns the data straight into polished, branded PDF reports and delivers them to Dropbox on a schedule. It wakes up, builds every report, drops them in a shared folder, and shuts itself off. No logins, no seats, no server to babysit.
