Speeding up data entry with AI
The issue. In most organizations, capable people spend hours every week retyping data — copying numbers off forms, sign-in sheets, PDFs, and spreadsheets into a system by hand. It's slow and expensive (staff lose more than 9 hours a week to manual entry), and it's error-prone: 94% of business spreadsheets contain at least one mistake, so decisions get made on numbers that are quietly wrong.
What we did. We put AI to work on the messy stuff. For a recent client, records arrived in every format imaginable — spreadsheets, PDFs, even scanned and handwritten sheets — and used to be keyed in by hand. We built a pipeline that uses AI to read those documents and turn them into clean, structured data automatically. It pulls new data on a schedule, checks itself against the original source after every run, and loads it clean — untouched by human hands.
